PUMP! PUMP! PUMP IT UP!!!

Today Ethan showed me a workout program that he is following. I really like it and I think it is something that I can follow. I have been wanting to start working out again, but I never know what to do to get the most out of my workouts. This program was created by Owen McKibbin who is one of the top models for Men's Fitness Magazine. The program includes three workouts with weights a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Then a 3o minute cardio workout three days a week. The workouts don't take longer than 4o minutes, so I don't have any excuse not to workout. I am really excited to have a program I can follow that I feel like I will finally get results from.

Hey Em! I am so happy you have a blog now. That book sounds cool, I wish we could go and workout together. I want abs like the guy on the book, jk. Lets get together again sometime, disneyland and six flags were awesome!
